I was admitted for Fall 2022, so I don’t know if being new has something to do with it. I saw someone on reddit have the same issue, but their solution didn’t work.
Basically, whenever I download creative cloud, adobe asks me to put my email. I put my email, and it brings up the university log in page. On this page, my typing doesn’t show up. When I type, I can see the line move a pixel then move back. When I finish typing and click submit, it loads then brings me back to the adobe email screen blank.
Have any other new students been able to log in and download stuff?
