Are AP's Insanely Important?

Ok, so eventually I plan on applying to Ivy League schools and Im not too sure about my course selections.

So freshman year I had a GPA of 3.95 UW. 1 AP (Human Geo (5)), 3 Honors, 3 regular

Sophmore year I had a 4.0 GPA. 3 APs (Euro, World, and Bio) and rest honors

I want to go into bio related stuff in college. Next year though I'll be taking
AP Lang
Pre-calc Honors
AP Chem
APUSH
AP French Language
AP Physics B
???????

for my last course, should I take anatomy and physiology Honors or another AP Class? Anatomy would be good cause it has to do with what I want to do later, but would an AP look better for colleges? The APs im considering are either AP Environmental or AP Psychology. Would the extra AP be better?

It won’t make a significant difference unless it causes your counselor to not indicate your schedule as being the most rigorous possible.
