Are Barnard's women's resources available to Columbia women?

Currently I’m conflicted because while I love Columbia’s core and residential structure, I’m also really attracted to the leadership resources and career advising systems available at Barnard. I was wondering if those leadership resources were open to both Barnard women and Columbia women, or just Barnard students?

I know career advising is separate at Columbia, but I mean more the Athena Leadership workshops and such.

The web site says the Athena workshops are “open to all Barnard students” – so that looks like Barnard-only.
