Are B's less detrimental if they are all concentrated during one semester?

in terms of top tier schools
overall U.W: 3.94; 15 ap's

freshman year 6 classes
4.0
4.0

sophomore year
3.57
4.0

junior year
4.0
4.0

senior year
4.0

I was unfortunately really sick during finals(almost hospital sick) but I am not going to bother to mention it and excuses will just seem like excuses on my apps.

So is this less detrimental then having B's scattered across all the semesters or more detrimental?

Thanks.

Rank dropped from 1/800 to 2/800 due to the B's.

Nope, I would not view this at all detrimental. you have a high rank, and are very solid throughout. dont worry. you have a good chance if you back it up with good scores/extracurrics

thanks…

Ummmmm…Yeah…I think you’ll be fine. -.-

ok thats a relief :]

don’t even worry about it, colleges will tell that the B’s aren’t a pattern in your grade, and there was probably special circumstances. this probably won’t hurt your chances at all, especially because of your amazing class rank
