Are certain sections of the ACT more important?

Do colleges value certain sections of the ACT more than others?

I say this because I got a 32 ACT (35 English, 35 Math, 29 Reading, 28 Science). Do colleges value english and math scores more than reading and science scores? I know that on some data sets only the average composite, english, and math scores are reported, so I didn’t know if there was a greater emphasis on these sections.

There are many colleges that consider the math and English scores to be the more important scores. There are some such as Rose Holman and Georgia Tech that use only the math and English scores and in the case of Gtech that includes the combined English/writing score.
