<p>My daugther loves choral singing but does not plan on being a music major. Rice is one of her top choices for college for next year. She is a senior in HS. What are the choral opportunites at Rice and are they open to non music majors. Thank you.</p>
<p>Well there is the Rice Philharmonics, an a capella group on campus, which is open to non-music majors.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if she can audition as part of an admission interview or send a tape or DVD. I think it would help her to know where she stands. She will be applying as undecided most likely and hoping for a liberal arts education.</p>
