I LOVE chemistry and biology, but am an accounting major and lack the funds to risk taking chemistry courses if I fail out.

My question: The chemistry CLEP test is supposed to cover 1 year of college material, however if one is a science major how do you get the lab credit? Is it possible to JUST take the lab at a school while earning credit for the CLEP?

So, in theory, if one took the CLEP and passed it than later wanted to take organic chem, would one have to take entire 8 credits (general chem 1 + 2 at my college) because of the fricken lab problem?
