Are Common Applications also the UC system applications? I'm alittle confused on this subject. I need help please.

No. UC applications are totally different from the Common App. If you wanted to apply to a UC you’d apply using their own application. I posted the link below.

[University of California - Admissions](Apply now | UC Admissions)

Yeah, UCs have their own application. But there is just one for all the UCs. To apply to any UC, fill out the UC app and there are check boxes in the app to select which UCs you want to apply to. You can check one or all of them. The app fee is per UC. The fee will be calculated for you when you submit.

Thanks a lot!!!

Do the UC application questions ever alternate?

Wartsandall,
I am not sure what you mean by UC application questions.

The UC app has many sections/pages but I doubt much of them change from year to year. If you are applying this year, I would bet that it is the same as last year. But for next year, since the SAT subject test requirement is gone, there will be at least some changes.

The UC essay prompts have not changed for several years. I think the last time the essay prompts changed was 2006.

Yes, I intend to apply this year. Thanks for the clarification!
