Are computer&cog sci applicants reconsidered?

<p>Computer and cognitive science (a dual degree program) is an option in the upenn app. Unlike the “joint degree” programs, the app does not ask you for a major if youre not accepted to this dual degree program. Im guessing its because a dual degree isnt really a program like the joint degree programs are.</p>

<p>If i’m correct, then does that mean that application to comp and cog sci isnt any more selective than applying as a single major?</p>
