I'm a high school senior that is in dual enrollment. (for those of you that don't know i take college classes at the community college and get both college and high school credit). Are the college credits i'm getting transferable to UCSD so that i don't have to take those classes again and I will have a year or two out of the way? I know they transfer to University of Washington but I can't find out about UCSD. Anyone who has done this for UCSD??

Yes I good amount should be and some will transfer to equal type of classes that USCD has that are similar which a transfer counselor will check when they see your transcript but they usually need to be C or higher.

Go here: [ASSIST Prompt Page](<a href=“Welcome to ASSIST”>Welcome to ASSIST)

Select your community college.

Select the department of the courses you took at your community college (e.g. Mathematics).

It will then tell you what the courses in that department at your community college are equivalent to at UCSD. Repeat for all other departments under which you took courses.

If you have an intended major in mind, you can (in step 3) select a major to see which of the major prerequisites you have fulfilled with your community college courses.
