Are "D's" not accepted for credit when applying to transfer to UC's?

Hello. So I got a D in a math class I took during community college. Will the UC’s consider this for credit when applying for transfer? I am going to have exactly 60 units come spring, so regardless of it being a D, I need it for admission.

It is the only D I have ever received. I currently have a 3.43 gpa and really picked it up afterwards. My grades have been trending upwards ever since.

Reading this left me petrified because it appears that only C’s and better are counted for credit. Does this mean I won’t be eligible for admission?!

I believe you get the units but not the subject credit.

It’s on this page: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/preparing-admission/transfer-gpa/index.html

I believe you’ll get unit credit, but you won’t get credit for that math class. So if you need that class to complete a math requirement, then it won’t count for that.
