Are EC awards worth putting in Academic Honors section?

<p>• Future Business Leaders of America State Finalist (6 regional awards, 1 state award)
• Science Olympiad State Finalist, 6-time County Medalist
• Academic Decathlon Regional Awards</p>

<p>would I list these under my ECs or under the Honors section? And when I do list them, do I list what event etc. I got the award in (this question if more geared toward the state awards)?</p>
