You need to meet whatever requirements are needed for your degree which would include General Education courses such as Humanities, Language, Art etc…

If you have a specific college in mind, check your degree requirements including the GE’s

Most colleges have divisional requirements, which usually include one semester in the fine arts. But that’s usually broadly interpreted - so you could take studio/visual art, dance, drama/theater, music, and sometimes art history. It won’t be required for your biology major; it’ll be a requirement for the BA or BS degree.

Usually Catholic colleges require one or two semesters of theology or religion classes, but sometimes they let you take classes in any religion, not just Christianity. (And it’s usually taught from a historical/humanistic standpoint.) Most other colleges won’t require a theology course, although you can take a religion course for your humanities requirement.
