Are following COLLEGES NEED BLIND TOO ???

<p>I hear that the following universities are also need blind</p>

<p>BARD COLLEGE
ALBRIGHT COLLEGE
TUFTS COLLEGE</p>

<p>also(Macalester College, Mount Holyoke College and Smith College)</p>

<p>I can afford 1500$ a year , so apart from HYPS are these need blind????</p>
