<p>As far as I know, no they are not need-blind. But they will give financial aid to internationals, if they want the student and he/she can’t afford to attend without aid.</p>

<p>Need blind doesn’t mean “meets need”. </p>

<p>Many schools are “need blind” - however they may not give you a dime of aid.</p>
