<p>Yes; NHS is almost a real thing at my school (unlike at some other branches that I've heard of)... Officers spend at least 5+ hrs a week.
Therefore, I put it as a EC.</p>
<p>YES! List anything you can think of (unless you're Saddam Hussein, but if you are, you've got bigger worries). It doesn't matter if it doesn't help you too much as long as it doesn't hurt you.</p>

<p>At my school, NHS does tutoring... I definitly think that counts more as an EC since some of the kids in it spend 3-4 hours a week after school tutoring. They also do other service projects and stuff, I think.</p>
