How feasible would it be to transfer to the College from MSB? And if my transfer were to be accepted, would it be difficult to complete the College requirements, etc?

Are you torn between applying to MSB or the College? It can be a tough decision sometimes. A guy who lived on my floor transferred at the end of this year from the SFS to the College without any difficulties.

The core curriculum for the MSB is very similar to the GenEd requirements for the College and I cant imagine youd haven any problems, if you decided to transfer. The only glitch I could see would be if you decided to go into a science major and youd probably have a class or two to catch up on (unless you already had that particular science AP credit).

[Rethinking Best Fit, GU School - News - The Hoya - Georgetown University’s Newspaper of Record Since 1920](http://www.thehoya.com/news/rethinking-best-fit-gu-school-1.2137255) Into the college is much easier than out of it, so if you’re choosing between college and MSB, it’s probably best to start in the MSB and then transfer to the college.

I transferred to MSB. It’s difficult but very doable.

Oh, thanks for the article! As of now, I think I’ll apply to MSB, and I like their essay question better, but I also do want to get an MBA sometime in the future. Any suggestions?

Bump, and one more question:
Is it true that MSB is more finance/ Wall St. oriented? Because I was thinking of majoring in marketing…
