Are lobsters bugs?

Will bashing their heads in kill them any better?..They have to die one way or the other.

I would much rather have my head bashed in than be boiled to death. The pain only lasts for a few seconds that way. Boiling would last for a long time. Aren’t there laws to prevent needless cruelty?</p>
