I would much rather have my head bashed in than be boiled to death. The pain only lasts for a few seconds that way. Boiling would last for a long time. Aren’t there laws to prevent needless cruelty?

^ LOL>…that was a funny post about rather having your head bashed. Any method can be interpreted as cruelty. you get it?

Legally, many countries have their individual laws. The United States has some laws, their pretty lengthy so if you want to look at them, i would be happy to provide a couple links.

and 770…impressive! lol…sure beats a 750 by a mile!

Death by bashed head is usually not a method of torture. Boiling to death was. I would be curious to see the laws, though.

Well, you can’t actually call any of it torture by definition because no one is trying to obtain information or anything of significance but i know what we mean.

My point is would boiling be an acceptable way of putting down a dog, or killing a cow?
Thanks for the links anyway.

Lol…oh…well, i’m not sure. I would hope not. If your asking for my personal opinion then no. It is not even close to an appropriate way. I love animals. :)

Boiling a dog to death?..sounds very demoralizing for both dogs/dog-lovers and just people in general. lol.

It looks like somebody is bitter…

Okay, to make everyone a little happier here:

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE DANCING LOBSTERS FROM THE AMANDA SHOW? :D

hahahaha
I doooooo!!!

idk what you all are talking about, but decapoda and crustacea are polyphyletic.

ok that is all.

I DOOO
how about larry the lobster :)

You people are crazy, lobster is delicious.

I don’t like lobster…it leaves a bad after-taste in your mouth…

I thought of this thread today while eating my lobster soup at some disgusting restaurant. Thanks a lot, guys.

■■■

I wonder what it would be like to be boiled to death. It sounds painful. But then I find touching burnt toast painful. How long would it take to die, I wonder…

^^ haha…damn that sucks

^The only why to know for sure is to try and record results.

Crab is boiled alive too…

^^But how would you be able to do that? If you tried boiling a human, wouldn’t he drown first?

That’s why it’s great to be a lobster/crab etc. You get to enjoy the whole experience without worries of death by drowning.

Most crustaceans are boiled alive.

And if im not mistaken, they can also hold their breath longer or have a supply of oxygen when under water.

haha…lol…at the it being great to be a lobster/crab.

Well, if you were a human, you’d get to enjoy the experience of swimming/living without the fear of being caught and boiled to death.
