<p>Apparently crabs/lobsters change from exoskeleton to hydrostatic skeleton while molting. So it’s like they start having “liquid” muscle. Neat stufff. Just saying ahah.</p>

<p>If you go to Shanghai in August… try some signature Shanghai Hairy Crab. IT’S LIKE HEAVEN DANCING IN YOUR MOUTH BABY! Makes the blue crabs here seem like nothing. (the hair’s only on the claws)</p>
