<p>My D will be starting in St. Andrew's as a III former in the Fall. She will be taking the placement tests soon. I was wondering if anyone knows if the Math placement test is timed and if she will be allowed to use a calculator?</p>
<p>It will most likely say whether or not you can use a calculator on it, and if by timed you mean does she have to complete it in a certain amount of time, I don’t think so.</p>
<p>She should complete it in one go, nonetheless!</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure there was a time limit. Don’t remember if a calculator was allowed. </p>
<p>We asked a neighbor to proctor the tests (math and language)…maybe had the test sent to her directly?</p>
<p>@EnemyOfTheSun: My Exeter math placement test took me about 5 hours to complete. So obviously I did not do it in one go…</p>
