Are my chances better to apply EA or wait for RD with a slightly higher GPA?

I’m going to be retaking some C’s I got earlier in high school over first semester of senior year (I have already retaken some 2nd semester of junior year and summer 2017). My current unweighted GPA is 3.415, and it might go up to the upper 3.5s after first semester of my senior year. My weighted GPA, however, will increase substantially since I’m taking five AP’s and every semester of AP adds 0.05 to my GPA. Currently, my weighted is 4.015, but it’ll be at 4.3 by December.

So, should I apply early action to schools and just get those decisions in a few months, or would I have a higher chance of acceptance applying RD with a slightly higher GPA (and no C’s on the transcript).

If necessary, college application list:

American University
Georgetown (already paid app fee and chose EA)
George Washington University
Michigan State University
University of Nevada Reno (in-state)
University of Portland (priority status, applying this month anyway, no fee)
Tulane University (same as Portland)
Arizona State University
Northeastern University
Harvard University (I know it’s a reach, family works there)

For the schools that mostly defer rather than reject EA applicants that are not admitted, you may apply EA.
