Are my chances decent?

GPA: 4.25w, 3.95uw
7 APs by graduation: 3 this year with all 5's. School has block scheduling which has made it hard to take copious amounts of APs, plus we are not allowed to take any APs independent study.

ACT: 30 (will retake in October, hoping for a 33)

<p>You should have no problem here and remember that Ky and Ia share one thing -- the early Iowans were historically Kentuckians who migrated west.</p>

<p>I have one recommendation for this school -- visit it while in session. Within seconds you will have formulated an opinion. And, like most people, it will be a strong opinion.</p>

<p>I am a biased alum. But, I know this school is far from being a place for even the vast minority of people. </p>

<p>Your ACT puts you right at the median for class of 2009. Your EC's are...numerous, and your class rank is great. I'd say you're in, but with how competitive it is getting there is no way to be 100% sure. Five years ago, you could be packing your bags already. Even so, I'd be very, very surprised if you were rejected for class of 2010.</p>
