im planning to go to any UCs basically

Any UC's would do though

The thing I find most frightening is your sharp downward trend in GPA. You dropped by .5 each year - a bad sign to colleges. Your test scores are average but your AP scores aren’t very good (it’s better to probably leave off the 1 and 2 you got).
Unless you have a good reason for this (besides just having teen angst. etc.), you will have trouble explaining your difficulties to colleges.

but i heard isnt it better to show colleges you actually tried for the ap test to show committment and confidence?

At the risk of sounding like a snob, it’s not really trying if you’re pulling C’s and failing the AP tests. Realize that you are in the same pool as applicants who have A’s and B’s in APs and earn passing AP scores.

EDIT: Sorry, I now see that your GPA is unweighted. In that case, your grades, test scores, and ECs seems decent enough for UC Davis. UCI and is slightly more of a reach and UCSD is a reach.

i realize who im up against but is showing them that you got a 1 and that youve tried better than not showing then your score to indicate to them you havent tried? or no

You should probably talk it over with your counselor. While you did take a shot at the test, I’m pretty sure that an admissions officer isn’t going to be too turned on about seeing a 1 in AP Euro. I’m not going to assume that you didn’t try, but this may suggest a lack of effort towards doing well on the tests.
In any case your bigger worry should be explaining your dramatic GPA drop over the years and convincing colleges that this won’t carry over to their school.

ok thanks for the input, but would it at least help a little if i can raise that gpa during my senior year? or no since colleges dont look at freshman and senior

Colleges consider senior year grades. You need more matches, however. Look into Riverside.

what do you mean by “matches”?

EDIT: what about Santa Barbara?
