<p>Should I still consider applying? Since I am below the top 5% of my class, my chances seem pretty low now.</p>
<p>It’s more about your essays and your personal story than just about your stats. Top 8% is not all that far removed from the top 5% and you still have a 28% acceptance rate, which is far higher than most of the colleges found on the Questbridge list. Don’t let the numbers intimidate you!</p>
<p>Also keep in mind that QuestBridge considers every aspect of your application, not just one thing like class rank. The same goes for all the partner colleges.</p>
