Are these enough for the top tier schools like MIT or Ivy's? What should I do? Thanks!

Ultimately your extracurriculars are not what will get you in. They are impressive but your grades and test scores will be the biggest part… Keep up the good work and write a dang good essay… And when I say high test scores and grades, I mean they have to be near perfect

@Joshftcu‌ my gpa is 3,9/4 and i’m aiming +2200 at SAT. I also gonna take Math II, Physics (didn’t studied those) and Chemistry (760/800).

What makes someone stand out more than having a dozen scattered ECs is to have a few in a concentrated area that you hold a leadership role in. It’s good to have a wide range of interests as well, but colleges really look for passion and leadership. And like @Joshftcu said, your extracurriculars aren’t what are going to get you in. They can separate you and make you stand out from everyone else, but by themselves they will not get you in anywhere.
