<p>I am a Sophmore in Highschool. By the time I finish this is what my EC's might look like. I want to know if that is enough.

Candy Striping- 2yrs (During the Summer)

<p>I dont think it matters that you have THOSE EC's....but it is probably more important to hold some sort of leadership position in them.</p>
<p>One EC is sufficient. All that matters is that you pour your heart and soul into it and that you show passion. Don't try to build you ECs up around what you think Yale wants. Rather, examine what you yourself really want and pursue it to its fullest extent. If you do that you will have no problem with the EC part of the application for Yale. Take me for instance. I did not think about colleges throughout high school, but there was one thing I loved: volunteering and counseling at a camp over the summer. I dedicated myself to working at that camp and my passion for it came across in my application. I am pretty sure that was one of the main reasons why I was accepted to Yale. So, I suggest that you do likewise and pick one or two things and pursue them.</p>
