Are my ec's good enough ?

Hello :D
So I'm from europe and here ec's are underrated so I seeked for every opportunity I was able to :p ( i wanna get in a very good school ivy ligue sort of )
My ec's
Theatre club member
Spanish club member
Short movie club member
Helping people in the hospital to recover from injuries
Red Cross member
Young Local Council member
President of the school newspaper
Summer YAP volunteer program
Local Church volunteer member
Founded a non-profit organization ( with my dad cause I'm under 18 )
Volunteered at the pound
Writes for the local newspaper
More summer activities
Six months of studying in Australia
Two swimming certificates and won awards in skying competitions

You have a lot of activities - but the Ivy Leagues (and schools of that caliber) are often looking for people with in-depth involvement, and also in leadership positions. My advice would be to find something to specialize in, to focus on, and to achieve something unusual in it. Having a ton of activities may look like you’re a dilettante… or that you’re ‘padding’ your CV.
