Are my EC's good enough?

I didnt really do anything spectacular, Ive been in a few sports and some clubs and helped out a little bit around the community but no where near a lot. Heres a sort of list I put together, its not much but Id like to know is it ok? or is it really bad?

1.) JV/Varsity Basketball 10-12 - starting Pt. Guard JV 10th, starting Guard Varsity 11th & 12th, Team Captain this coming year (senior year), have one Letter Award and going to have another one after this year. Practices are usually about 3 hrs. long starting Nov.1 and end around mid Feb. We also have summer practices from 830-930 AM every Mon-Fri (June and July)

2.) JV/Varsity Football- 9th Grade - starting JV Cornerback, Practice everyday after school from Aug 1. til the end of Oct for about 3+ hrs. Also mandatory lifting in the off-season was from May 1.- the start of the season for about 1+ hrs a day.

3.) Varsity Track and Field- 11th Grade - Long Jumper and Triple Jumper, Practice started sometime in March and ended in the middle of May, 2hrs everyday after school.

4.) Interact Club- Vice President- 12th grade- I just started this EC so could I still put it on my application even tho I didnt reallt do anything yet? The teacher in charge of Interact Club said they do a TON of community service and stuff like that.

5.) National Honor Society member 10-12 didnt do anything I was just inducted..

6.) National Athletic Honor Society member- only for seniors and I will be inducted this year.

7.) SADD(Students Against Destructive Decisions) Club member 11-12 - didnt really do that much I just went to a couple meetings and put my two cents in relating to some projects..

And some other small stuff I helped out at my church picnic for the past 2 years serving food and drinks, babysat my lil brother, etc..

I am most likely gunna join some clubs senior year but idk if I am going to be able to put them on my application. (Chem Club, Spanish Club, and Peer Mediator)

What schools are you looking at?

Pitt, Duquesne, PSU, Drexel, Ohio, Syracuse

Probably, they aren’t like the ivy leagues where you have to get like an international award/ cure cancer or w/e so it looks like you’re alright on EC’s.

Generally, if your stats (GPA, SATs) are average/above average at your target schools, you should be able to get in, regardless of ECs. The schools that really look into your EC’s would be the top 40 or so (give or take) national universities and the top 10 or so Liberal Arts Colleges. If you would like to see if your stats are on target, check out the common data set of colleges you’re looking at (located on their website) and see if your SATs fall in the middle 50% range
