@GPAx213: hopefully you were being sarcastic..if not...face palm. Yes, he has a good chance, but nobody is a match for Harvard. come on...

im sure he was being sarcastic. he was probably just trying to say that i am a strong applicant. :) thnx!

there is something else that bothers me though. those who have higher GPAs than me are aiming at similar schools as well. would colleges choose me over them for my ecs? they have a lot of ecs too, but my singing thing really set me apart from them.

would harvard chose me over them?

bump...
would harvard chose my for my singing over them? they are involved in just as many in-school clubs as me, and have higher GPAs and SATs. who would get the acceptance?

Not so smart academically. :rolleyes:

That is funny!
You do a lot though during your spare time.

Whether that 2250 is a 1500/2250 or a 1450/2250 will make the difference on whether you get in Harvard or not.
Best of luck!

just out of curiosity, which indian movie did you record a song for?

@mondo. i actually meant that comment compared to others in the applicant pool of my dream schools. and what are the 2 sections that are most important for the SATs?
@blackbelt, it was telegu.

once again, would harvard chose my for my singing over them? they are involved in just as many in-school clubs as me, and have higher GPAs and SATs. who would get the acceptance?

Indian pop singer-yh thats unique. You definently have a good shot.

wow man those are some impressive statistics.
i'd say you have a pretty good shot.

srry bout stealing your thread, but i just have a quick question that has to do with your chances.

why would y0itzr0 stand higher chances against someone (for example) who was the president (captain) of the Mock Trial team? Why would harvard want an indian teen singer over a mock trial captain?

(srry if its a dumb q! :) )

@rohin,
dont worry bout it :)

can anyone answer the questions pls!

thanks
