Are my extra curriculars enough to get into a good university?

By good university i mean like university of cincinnati, ohio state university, miami university(ohio), purdue, case western reserve.
my ECs are: Science Olympiad(all years of High school), Science National Honor Society(grade 11 and will continue to grade 12), I’ve been volunteering at the local library for three years, i’m on a teen advisory board that makes changes in the community, i’ve been playing piano for 4 years

also i will probably join one or two more clubs at my school either this year or next year(i’m a junior). im worried that i dont have enough extra curriculars so do the schools i’m interested in care THAT MUCH about ECs?? im not planning on going to harvard or stanford or anything.

I’d say either join a lot of ECs, or pick a few and show a high level of commitment. If you’re the president of a club, that means more than belonging to 3 of them. What you have should be sufficient, assuming your GPA and test scores are good enough, but throwing in a leadership position or a few more ECs wouldn’t hurt your chances. If you have any teachers ran a club you were particularly involved with, get them to write you a letter of rec, so they can testify that you were dedicated and involved, and that’ll be worth more than having 15 clubs on your application.

You are fine for the schools on your list.
