Ok, im worried my ECs are not good enough
Here they are
4 Years of Orchestra
4 Years of Track and 3 in Cross Country
4 Years in Key Club
3 Years in NHS
CSF Life member
Operation Smile Cabinet 2 years
Black Student Union
Volunteer at Relay for life 3 Years
Future Healthcare Professionals of America
Summer Job 2 years
Outside of school:
I play guitar and piano for fun-no lessons.
Yeah...I'm worried about leadership positions because I don't really have leadership positions :'(
But are they enough for top schools?

If you want to get in based solely on extracurriculars, no. If you have excellent numbers (SAT score/GPA/rank) and will write an excellent essay, yes.

Yes I have around 2150 SAT(SUPERSCORE) and 2100 one-sitting, 3.9 GPA UW, top 10% and I am a URM. Are you sure its alright if I don't have leadership positions. I'm poor, my bro goes to college, but my school is very competitive.

Summer Job, Orchestra and track look good.

The question though you will have to answer through your app
is what did you do with these ECs- how did you improve yourself or
others around you....or did you just attend and hold positions.
Are you sending in a music supplement given your involvement with
orchestra and guitar?

NHS and key club are two ECs that may not be viewed too favorably
depending on which school you come from....

No I am not sending a music supplement. :(
But these clubs did help me improve myself by giving me a chance to diversify and to expand my scope of interests.
