Are my Grades Ok?

<p>Hello,
I am a Sophomore and my GPA is 3.63.
Here are my classes:</p>

<p>Freshman Overall:
P.E. - A,A
Biology - A,A
AP World History - B,A (Got a 3 :/)
French - B,B
Intro to Business - A,A
Algebra I - A,A
English I - A,B</p>

<p>Summer
DE: Jazz & Pop: In America - A</p>

<p>Middle of Sophomore Year Grades so far:
Chemistry - C (I got a C because I missed a test due to doctor's appointment and teacher wouldn't give a make-up :/)
DE: Intro to Ed. - A
English II - A
Geometry - A
AP European History - C
French II - B
AP Art History - A</p>

<p>I know this is a slacker schedule here on CC but oh well, can you guys leave feedback?
Please don't be mean as I didn't take it as seriously as I do now.</p>

<p>Complain. If it was an excused absence you should be able to make up your work.</p>

Anyways now I have only straight A’s in Chemistry so that should sorta make up for it.</p>

<p>If you have any questions on Florida colleges, I can help you out. Your GPA is ok for FIU, but you should aim for a higher one for UM.</p>

But, I am trying to leave Florida and I know FIU is “Lower Class” as nearly all of my teachers say so.</p>

<p>I would agree with your teachers xP I’m staying in Florida (love the beach life too much), but if you want a “top” public Florida school I’d say UF or FSU.</p>

<p>Your GPA seems fine for where you are looking, a slight increase would be good because it could lead to some merit aid, but other then that you are fine…</p>

<p>My only recommendation is to take more honors if possible and stop getting Cs. Bs are okay in moderation, but Cs signal that something is off.</p>

<p>Oh I forgot to mention ALL classes are honors/AP except for French.</p>
