Or maybe for maybe for people wanting to work on computer jobs. The reason I have no intention of ever getting an online because I just don’t you get amount of interaction (in person is much better than email or webchat), hands on experience that you would with a normal degree. I don’t care if online degrees are harder or has more bookwork, book work is useless if you don’t know how to apply it to a profession. Just know some people are going to say that, but that doesn’t really matter to what I’m saying.
If your Online degree is not from Harvard Extension, Upen, or other top schools, where you can eventually cross train in a some classroom courses to get a degree from the program, don’t waste your money. Even with that, the experience is not the same. If time constraint is the issue, then, you have to make a sacrifice here. Something has to give.
A real classroom experience is a priceless process its self. The interaction with teachers, other students, access, internships, recommendation letters when you need it, and other referrals are just few things that online schooling underplays knowing well the outcome of ignoring these issues.
Best of luck to you.
I think it’s true that when getting you’re education online it must be from a reputable school so it would have a bearing in your scholastic record.
I think online degrees are terrible in general and should not be substituted for a real-life experience.
