Are preparation tests EASIER Than the real SAT?

Hey,
Concerning MATH Only.

So the way I've been studying is, trying to do the preparation tests from the official SAT.... I've done a lot of them etc, and I ALWAYS get only a couple of mistakes (in other words, around 700 always, 670-730)

Last month, I've doing the SAT and did a miserable 550. I was really nervous during the test.

as I've said, I always get a couple of mistakes when studying, but during the real test I did really bad... I've heard that the last SAT Was harder than usual? are the study tests a lot easier or what?

I am re-doing it this month again.

Thanks

If they’re from the blue book, then they should be on the same difficulty as the real test.

I studied the tests from the official SAT site…

the practice tests from the blue book are just normal SAT’s that never got administered, instead they were made for preparation purposes. However, the same patterns as administered SAT’s were used in these practice tests.
