Are PSAT writing and reading sections as accurate as SAT CR and W sections?

<p>I've exhausted all my practice tests (QAS, BB, Online Course) and need more practice material. Are PSAT practice tests useful for CR and W? Are they as accurate in terms of difficulty?</p>
