No. They woudl just see your score.

@bopper is correct; colleges will NOT see the essay that you write for the SAT. Therefore, when you are taking the test write what will give you the highest score, regardless of whether it is true or not.

They can see it if they want to - they may decide to view it if they want to confirm writing style with your submitted essays. I.E. - did the student really write this essay?
