Stanford university says that SAT II's are "strongly recommended but not required."
I have only the math 2c score (800) now.
I took the physics test today, but I want to cancel it.. It might not be over 750 or even 700..
The last acceptable test date is october for the early application..
Is it okay to just send the math score? or would I be a little bit disadvantaged?

Based on when you’re posting this, it sounds like you’re international. The east coast is just now unlocking their school doors for the SAT today. If your school isn’t one that’s really well known, the more standardized test scores you can submit the better to help validate your rigor/gpa.

I’m taking IB diploma, and I’m getting 7 out of 7 for physics…
I think I didn’t prepare enough for the SAT physics test… : (
My school seems to be quite well known-the stanford admission officer came last year.
So do you mean that if my school curriculum and my school are well known, SAT subject
tests are not that important factors for the admission?

Did you take just physics today or others, too? Why don’t you wait until you get your scores before you worry too much about it. If you don’t have strong enough scores to send in two tests, sending just one 800 should be just fine. Especially if you met the admissions officer on your campus already. Did you do an individual interview or just a group one? I took physics and Math 2 today. Math 2 was harder than I was expecting.

Oh, it was a talk for the juniors and seniors, so I didn’t really have any interview…
This was my first physics test, and I only took physics yesterday. I heard people hardly take SAT II twice… : ( So I’m worried… Anyways, I guess I have to wait until I get my score first…!
