Is a 750 in Math II and 710 in Chem going to be good enough for Ivy's and other top ranked schools? If not, is it good enough for schools like UVA? Or should I retake one or any of them?

can anyone help?

Not quite for Ivies. Try to get at least 90 percentile (>750 depending on subjects).

Are they in range however for schools like duke or uva? Also, if I send them in would they actually bring down my application, or just not help??

This site really helped me:
[What’s a Good SAT Subject Test Score?](SAT Subject Tests - What Colleges Require Them?)
You select the type of tests and it shows you information about previous subject test scores from some ivys. It also gives you a pretty good estimate of your percentile. Good luck!

Hi! I’m actually really new to College Confidential, so I don’t really know what I’m doing and all that jazz. Anyways, I took the SAT US History Test June 1st. I got a 730. I know it’s kind of a border line grade. Should I retake if I’m looking into colleges like Duke and UChicago? Or what would be your advice on it?

Thank you so much!

math II could be better but i think chem is fine! quit worrying that everyone is getting 800s on this! most people who apply do not
