Are sophomore college students able to apply for the EOF program?

I didn't do my research senior year of high school and did not apply for Rutgers' EOF program. Does anyone know if sophomores are allowed to apply? Or is it too late? I'm calling my school's EOF director tomorrow morning, but I would like a heads up if anyone is able to provide that. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you have to be admitted to the EOF program as a freshman. If you were previously in the program and transfer, you take the benefits with you.

According to their website:

Generally, families who have accumulated assets do not qualify for financial assistance through the New Jersey EOF Program. To be considered, you and your family must have a documented history of academic and financial disadvantage and meet the income guidelines listed below.

based on your other posting, because your mom has assets (a considerable amount of $ in the bank) you may not be eligible. But hey, all you can do is contact the school and ask.
