There are state scholarships like the TIP program and the Michigan Competitive Scholarship. Are these part of what the University offers in its financial aid award? If not, and these scholarships can pay for some if not all of the student work, does it affect the overall award negatively or maybe lead the financial aid office to jack up the pricetag?
All scholarships will be integrated into your final financial aid package. You will see a revision of award whenever a scholarship is reported/received. As these merit aid would reduce your need, you will see a decrease in loan,.work study, then grant before it touch your EFC.
