Are supplementary materials worth it?

I have done a research project at Rutgers last year and idk if i should do a research portfolio with my app? Would that boost my chances? If so, what do i need to include in the portfolio? The research is also something i work on throughout the year.
Also i got published on international database 3 times (ill try to get published more throughout the school year) so i think it might be worth it. What do you think?

bump!!!

Anybodyyy??? I feel lonelyyyy…

Send it! Obvious answer, IMO. If you think it’d help your chances - and it would, I bet - why not? The worst they can do is ignore it.

Thanks for the opinion. What do i need to include in a portfolio?

How more times am i gonna have to BUMMMMPPP!!!

Definitely include it. Just include an essay explaining what you did, then include the publishings.

My publishings are online because they’re on an international DATABASE. So should i include the links instead?

Nooo. That comes across as very lazy and admissions officers would definitely ignore it. Include two or three publications in your portfolio and mention where the others are archived.

Ok. I don’t have 2 or 3 to send. I have one publishing that was framed so ill send that and then ill give the adcom’s the link to the other 2. I only got one framed because of money issues with the program that i participated in. Is that ok? Ill send in one that was framed and give the link to the other two.

IS THAT OKKKAAYYY? LOL

Bump

Yeah, go for it!

^coolio thank you
