Are the beds against the wall?

<p>Quick question about dorm setup. Are the beds placed right against the wall? I bought an overhead organizer that actually hangs over the bed, with space for an ihome among other things. It is supported by two poles that are supposed to go on the two opposite sides of the bed. If the other side is put right against the wall i don't have any room for it.</p>
