Are the decisions legit?

A friend of mine tells me the decisions are some sort of prank, is this true?

Theres also some posts saying accepted this morning rejected at night.

any one know if the results are for real?

They're talking about a glitch (?) that Northwestern had this morning where some people saw a financial aid page from their application portal which implied that they were admitted. This was later taken off. The decisions being released now are official.

well sweet.

no they are legit, sent out a mass email today saying decisions are available. I got a nice flat rejection despite being triple legacy but whatever wasn't expecting to get in anyways.

NU would be pretty sloppy if THESE were not legit

ahhhh the site won't load for me - i guess everyone's on right now. i'm not expecting an acceptance so i can bear the wait.

this has got to be the twentieth time I've refreshed the page lol.
it's just kind of depressing to have to get up at six tomorrow and look at a nice rejection letter right before going off to school.

it's somewhat loading right now for me, but not sure
same here, i rather read my rejection letter now than tomorrow morning

the email I received about decisions seems very legit.

what email?
i got no email, but thanks to CC, I logged on, checked, and had a happy evening...

The email is legit and so are the decisions.

Wait listed! Sigh

Don't you think waitlisting is a sort of midway between acceptance and rejection? You neither feel the happiness of the first or the misery of the latter. Just an eclectic mix. :|

I think that error (accepted then rejected) was a glitch.
