<p>hey guys, I am a Junior currently. I will be abroad for the summer and need to take a print out of the UVA essays so I can work on it. I was wondering, if the essays are the same everywhere (in that case, I can just look it up) or do I have to wait to see the new essay prompts?</p>
<p>I thought the essays were on the Common App. in which case an updated on comes out July 1st. </p>

<p>The essay is on the common app, however UVa’s supplement also requires two essays. The common app for 2010-11 is available to view. You can see this years essay topics there. It will not be ‘live’ this year until 8/1.</p>
<p>I always post the new essays [on</a> the blog](<a href=“http://uvaapplication.blogspot.com%5Don”>http://uvaapplication.blogspot.com) and on the Office of Admission website in June. :)</p>
<p>There is one “long” essay for the Common App and two shorter pieces (half a page) to write for the UVa supplement.</p>
