Are there any summer programs available to high school seniors that prepare them for college before several months before they enter college?

i'm wondering too!

Working a ****e job in the summer is all the program for you guys I believe!

There's MathCamp, and ISSI.

Yes, I want to find a job - but in this economy even grocery stores and CVS are hiring adults laid off from other jobs and crowding out teen workers.

There is a program run through the National Youth Science Foundation that is very prestigious and free.
I believe Columbia and Brown will take students completing senior year.
CTY Princeton has a 3 week summer program as well which allows you to take 1 of 5 or 6 courses in global issues.

i was looking into this too. also, for internships, would you be under a "high school applicant" or a "four year university student"?

Yeah I started a thread on this...

there's City of Hope Eugene and Ruth Roberts Summer Student Academy for biomedical research located near Los Angeles, California.
