Are there any new UC Riverside students who need a room/roommates for 09-10 term?

<p>Hey guys and gals, I signed a lease for the 09-10 school year but I got accepted to a study abroad program so I need someone to take over.</p>

<p>Are there any UCR or RCC students who need a room/roommates? It's a 4 room fully furnished apartment 5 minutes walking from UCR. You will get a single room + own restroom. All utilities included in rent. The other 3 rooms will be occupied by UCR students also.</p>

<p>I'm also offering to pay half of the first month's rent as an incentive. $725/month for 12 month lease or $835 for 10 month.</p>

<p>Haha how is he scamming? He listed his actual UCR email, you can look up all his personal info in the UCR Directory if anything goes wrong. If he was scamming he would probably be using a random email like yahoo or gmail so it would be untraceable</p>
