<p>Its a just for fun thread. I hate the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of the Pacific (the one at Stockton), and all the UCs (especially Berkeley).</p>
<p>Do you have any universities that you hate? By hate I don't mean to insinuate "ZOMG HATRED!! Go DIE" type of thing. I suppose light contempt is what I'm referring to.</p>
<p>I’m not a big fan of Rutgers or Syracuse b/c they are UConn’s rival (my state university who I follow the football team of).</p>
<p>I don’t really hate universities - probably just for football reasons. Berkeley is full of socialist, tree-hugging liberals, so that university would probably qualify for a school I have a reason to hate.</p>
<p>Duke Athletics, more specifically, Duke Basketball. However, I respect Duke overall as a University.</p>
<p>^^I’M a big fan of Rutgers, and I don’t like UConn. Or West Virginia. Or Syracuse. Or Cincinnati. Pretty much any Big East school besides Rutgers is bad in my mind.</p>

<p>MSU and OSU, U of M’s rivals. I also don’t really like 'Bama because they seem desperate for kids, I have seen so many full ride scholarships from them on here.</p>

<p>I couldn’t really stand Lehigh, too snobby and for what reason?</p>
<p>Notre Dame as an entire school, Duke for athletics (although I respect their academics), and Pitt, due to my WV family.</p>

<p>I despise Duke, Athletics, and school, the surroundings are disgusting. Um, let’s see, Most of the UC’s just strike me as repulsive. Harvard and Yale are way too pretentious.</p>
<p>University of Florida. Glad I applied there to get accepted and take a spot away from someone else who might’ve ended up going to that craphole. </p>
<p>UF is the most pretentious school there is. They all think they go to the best college in the US, and has overwhelming number of cars over here in Florida with “University of Florida Alumni” licence plates. The excessive pride disgusts me.</p>
<p>Wanna know where the most delusional college students are? University of Florida at Gainsville.</p>
<p>Penn State. My HS glorifies it to be akin to UPenn (um, no…) and is a big feeder into the system (and not even the flagship!). It’s disturbing how people worship it around here. Sadly, I’m going to be applying there anyway as a (financial) safety since it’s PA’s best public school. I also despise De La Salle University, University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, Mapua Institute of Technology, and any other top Philippines school I happen to be a legacy at that my entire family wants me to attend despite all my protests. Oh, and Harvard, for being so irresistible yet unattainable.</p>
