Each AP topic itself differs in its difficulty, and each AP class at a different school will also be different. (in fact, even different teachers at the same school offer up drastically different levels of grading...)

My question is, do college admissions take into account the "diffculty" of an AP? Or are all APs equal in terms of "are you taking challenging courses?" It's sort of late for me, but I would still like to know the answer to this. For example, if I take the easier APs in junior year (for our school: bio, psych, stats) and get all As, and I leave the harder APs (physics, chem) until senior year and get a couple of Bs, would this be smarter to do as colleges are able to consider junior year GPA more than senior year GPA? I had planned to take certain APs regardless, I just didn't know which year I should take them. I got all As sophomore year but I have a few Bs as of junior year first semester... I know colleges can't really know the easier APs at a certain school, but are there APs in general that are not held in as high regard?

Thanks:)

I have the most notoriously hard calc bc teacher in our school grrrr /self pity
