Are there new practice tests coming out from College Board?

I have looked and asked but cannot seem to get an answer about whether NEW practice tests are coming from CB. I have the big blue book of the 8 practice tests from last summer, which was copyrighted 2017 (the tests were new to me last summer, anyways). Are there new practice tests coming? If so, when? Does College Board announce this?

Personally speaking, I think 8 practice exams are more than enough to help you study.

I believe test prep books such as Barrons or Princeton Review provides practice exams that they wrote themselves to replicate the SAT.

The problem is that Tests 1 - 4 were released prior to the new SAT’s first test date. They aren’t based on actual administrations of the SAT. Different story for Tests # 5 - 8, which were released well after the new SAT had been in service and reflect the most recent questions and, if applicable, scaling adjustments.

Here’s the APRIL 2017 SAT (https://www.maine.gov/doe/assessment/math-ela/documents/800888-sat-school-day-qas-test-book-5msa09-april-2017-unlocked-final-120283.pdf) & answer key (https://www.maine.gov/doe/assessment/math-ela/documents/800889-sat-school-day-qas-table-guide-5msa09-april-2017-unlocked-final-120285.pdf), there’s are others out there, just google.

Thanks very much for this link. Great to get something so recent. However, I still can’t get an answer to my question if they are coming out with any new practice tests, like those in last year’s blue book of 8 practice tests. We will def use the QAS you directed me to.

@NewEngParent What terms did you search in order to find that test and answer key?

You’re not going to get a straight answer from any us because none of us work for College Board.

But if someone does have a clue, I’m sure you can find the same info by either calling/emailing CB directly.
